Five behaviors team

The Five Behaviors® profile system is based on The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. Lencioni identified five behaviors that ensure a team will operate as efficiently and effectively as possible: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. The team profile lets team members know how they and the team are doing, and how they can become more cohesive.

The five behaviors that make a team cohesive are rarely mastered. As things change (members, leaders, goals, etc.) the team will move through the different behaviors. Often, change will require the team to start over having to rebuild trust, thus working through each behavior again. The Team Progress Report helps gauge team progress, directing the team’s focus to areas of improvement in real time.

Team operational plan

The Team Operational Plan Worksheet is a working document that breaks down an analysis of your team, from strengths to challenges, resulting in a subsequent set of mutually agreed-upon rules for improvement. Then, you’ll agree on how to hold each other accountable for the rules, and spell out all the logistics of meetings, communication and decision-making.

This 23-page report breaks down Lencioni’s model and applies it to the individual. It focuses on the critical skills you need to become a more effective and productive member of any team. Concepts are explained and personally interpreted based on your own, unique test responses.

Comparison Report

Comparison Reports are 9-page reports to be used in conjunction with Team Development or Personal Development profiles. This report is used to illustrate team member similarities and differences, allowing participants to learn more about one another and improve their individual relationships and, by extension, their ability to work together.
