Program Leader
Scott Brown
Scott Brown is absolutely addicted to seeing people and organizations get better, day after day. He coaches leaders and leadership teams to rise to their full potential—to be the leader their team needs them to be.
Scott’s service both as a United States Marine and as a law enforcement leader shows up in his work today as a bias towards action and accountability. He provides leaders with a simplified assessment process so that they can make critical decisions swiftly and then move to action quickly.
Scott’s clients appreciate his focus on getting them to the point of long-term change through rigorous yet supportive processes.
Scott and his wife love to travel internationally. Whenever possible, they get off the beaten path to experience the food, drink, and culture of a place like the locals do—and it rarely disappoints!
